How are doing? I’ve been asked this question so many times over the last several weeks. I always pause for a moment before answering to take check in on how I’m really feeling. For me, it’s been such a roller coaster ride of emotions. I have had really hard days mixed in with some really beautiful ones. My body has felt the toll of my strange new sleep schedule, pain popping up in new areas, and the weariness of the unknown season we are in.

With these challenges, I have had to be very intentional about taking care of my body, mind and spirit. Some days I do a really lousy job at this but on the days when I take some time to check in and incorporate some mindful practices, I have felt a little lighter. The more I’ve leaned on these practices, the better I’ve felt and the more hopeful I feel moving ahead.

So after experiencing the benefit of adding these practices into my life, I felt called to share them with others in this time. This led me to create my latest program called 7 Days of Whole Living. I am truly so excited to go through this with you and hope you’ll join me when I launch our latest group on June 1st.

I created this program because the practices I will share with you here are exactly what have helped me manage my stress, calm my nervous system and bring me back to my center over the last several weeks. I will admit that I am quite a sensitive person and seem to take in and feel all the energy and emotions around me. So not only have I had to manage my own emotions, but I’ve felt the collective pain and grief too. 

If you are feeling similar, I know that it is a lot to carry. In fact, too much for one person to hold. We are not meant to carry the burden of these heavy emotions and realities over a long period of time. It is my hope that as you learn how to check in with your body, mind and spirit that you will feel less burdened by all that is happening in and around you and in the world at large.
