I hope this finds you well! Lately I have been reflecting on how far we’ve come both as a business and a studio over the last 5+ years. When I think about our current team of teachers…it makes my heart so full. These women are incredible. They bring such expertise, compassion and care to each and every session taught at Whole Living Pilates. Did you know that together we bring over 80 years of Pilates teaching experience to the table? I am so deeply proud of them and also want to shout it from the rooftops to Colorado Springs just how amazing they are.

Melt Restore Workshop:

You won’t want to miss our next MELT Workshop coming up this Saturday, April 9th at 10:30am. Join us for our 75-minute MELT Restore Workshop and learn how to ease chronic neck and low back strain, reduce inflammation, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age. This all-levels workshop will use a specialized soft roller and small MELT balls to stimulate the results of manual therapy. If you have been feeling the effects of stress or the aches and pains of daily living, this workshop is for you! This workshop will be taught by Tammy Awtry.

Pilates in The Cellar: Move, Dine and Unwind This event is going to be so much fun! Join us at The Carter Payne this Sunday, April 10th at 10:30am for a fun Pilates movement session in The Cellar led by our talented instructor, Allison Roebker.

Move, laugh, and enjoy a refreshing beverage with new and old friends alike. After class, head upstairs to the chapel to dine on creative cuisine and unwind with a craft beer or seasonal cocktail.

Yoga Nidra Workshop:

Yoga Nidra is back! Join us on Friday, April 29th at 5pm. This workshop will be taught by Sara Johnson.
 
This month in our Yoga Nidra workshop, we’ll explore the themes of awakening and growth. Yoga Nidra translates “yogic sleep”. This deeply healing practice is like a balm for those who are sensing fatigue, burn-out, or disruptions in their Being. Come, explore this restful practice with us this month.
 
We’ll do a Nidra practice first, then a time for writing, resting and/or sharing in safe community.
