Work one on one with our highly trained instructors in a safe, private space to take your Pilates practice to the next level. We recommend all new clients start with our 60 min Initial Evaluation and Workout. During this session we’ll take time just for you. We want to listen to your goals and help design a plan to get you the most out of your Pilates practice. You’ll also have the chance to try your first 30 min Pilates workout guided by your Instructor.
