How do I get started with Pilates?

We recommend either starting with our Intro to Pilates Small Group Classes or with our Private Sessions. We offer New Client Specials for both of these options listed above.

Where are you located?

We are located just behind the Shops of Briargate in the Vibrant Life Center at 1750 Telstar Dr. You’ll find us around back on the lower level in Suite 120.

What should I wear to Pilates?

Please wear comfortable clothing that is not too baggy. Yoga pants are great as they help our instructors give appropriate cues and corrections to your form. Shorts are not recommended unless you wear biker shorts underneath.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

All group classes and private sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after 24 hours you will forfeit your class or session.

What can I expect with Pilates?

Pilates is a full-body workout focused on building abdominal and postural strength. We are a fully- equipped Pilates studio with Reformers, Towers, Chairs and Spine Correctors. Expect to learn the basic Reformer exercises first then you will progress to other equipment to continue to challenge your whole body, mind and spirit.

How often should I practice Pilates?

We always say that some Pilates is better than no Pilates however if you are able to come 2-3x a week, you will really start to see and feel the benefits and results of your practice.
