Whole Living Pilates Studio Policies
Help support Whole Living Pilates by following the below policies.
- Advance purchase for all sessions and classes is required. Purchases are non-refundable but can be shared or transferred to family or friends. Prices for both group classes and private training are subject to change.
- We follow a 24 hour cancellation policy for all small group classes and private sessions. Any classes or sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will be deducted from your current package.
- For inclement weather, we will notify you via email or text within 2 hours of your scheduled class time if we decide to cancel class. We also allow you to cancel without penalty for any weather related concerns if you reach out to us 2 hours prior to your class or session.
- Pilates is done in either bare feet or with grip socks. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing for your workout. Please avoid wearing items with zippers, buttons, or snaps as these can puncture our equipment’s upholstery.
- Please arrive on time and ready to participate by the start time of your class or session. To ensure a fun, effective workout, let your teacher know of any health or movement concerns you may have prior to your workout.
- We recommend you use the MindBody Fitness app to manage your group class schedule. You can book into a class up to 2 hours prior to its start time and must cancel your class reservation 24hours in advance to avoid a class being deducted from your package.
- All Private Training sessions are booked directly with your teacher.
- In the event of a teacher illness, vacation, or unexpected absence, we will do our best to find a replacement teacher. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel a class or session.
