Whole Living Pilates Studio Policies

Please take some time to go over our studio policies effective 05/01/2024. Thank you for your understanding and support of our studio.

  1. Advance purchase for all sessions is required. All purchases are non-refundable. Transfer of sessions to family and/or friends is allowed. 
  2. We follow a 24 hour cancellation policy for all small group, private and semi-private sessions with no exceptions. Any classes or sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will be deducted from your current package.
  3. Small Group Training
  • Please arrive on time and ready to participate by the start time of the class.
  • Please login into your Wellness Living account to manage your schedule.  Let us know if you need help to login to your account. 
  • You can book into a class up to 2 hours prior to its start time and must cancel a class 24hrs in advance to avoid penalty. 
  • Our class packs expire 60 days after first use.
  • Our auto-pay memberships renew on the same day each month. Any unused sessions do not roll over. Please let us know 2 weeks prior to the next billing cycle if you need to cancel or pause your membership.
  • In the event of teacher illness, vacation, or unexpected absence, we will do our best to find a replacement teacher or notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel the class. 
  1. Private and Semi-Private Training: 
  • All sessions are booked directly with our teachers.  Please contact your teacher 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties when canceling or rescheduling any sessions.  
  • All private packages expire 60 days from first use. Extensions are available for travel and medical purposes.
  1. Weather Policy: For inclement weather, we will notify you via email or text within 2 hours of your scheduled class time if we are canceling the class. We also allow you to cancel without penalty for inclement weather if you reach out to us 2 hours prior to your session.
  1. Prices for both group and private training are subject to change.
