I got started in Pilates by taking mat classes at my gym on Friday nights. It was a great way to finish the work week by focusing on myself for an hour, seeing improvement, and getting stronger. I loved that every movement was adaptable to all abilities and body types.

This is why I became an instructor – “I want to inspire people at all fitness levels to see how Pilates can help them reach their individual goals.” Marla is currently completing her training with The Vertical Workshop Pilates Teacher Training Program.
