Bonnie discovered her passion for Pilates in 2000 and began her fitness career with a mat certification in 2003. She continued her education with certifications in Yoga, Mind/Body Personal Trainer, Silver Sneakers, and Livestrong. In 2009 she completed her Pilates System certifications from Peak Pilates in Boulder, Colorado. She has taught group classes and private sessions at the Y and local Pilates studios for the past 18 years.
Bonnie specializes in creating Pilates sessions that meet the needs of each unique individual. She has experience working with the novice to the elite athlete and provides modifications while working up to the next level. She teaches Pilates as a complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.
Bonnie combines the physical bodywork with focused breathing creating an enjoyable flow and ease of movement.

I see the benefits of Pilates in my clients every day and find great joy in helping them achieve their highest ideal.” When not teaching, Bonnie is a busy author, enjoys working in her garden, and cycling with her husband on the weekends.
