At Whole Living Pilates we believe in the power of community. Our small group Pilates classes are at the heart of what we do. Limited to 5 clients per class, you will find encouragement from others and detailed instruction from your teacher focused in on you and your goals. Learn the Pilates method of exercise on the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat in a safe and peaceful environment. Release stress and build incredible strength of body and mind as you learn to move with new freedom and self acceptance.
If you are new to Pilates we recommend starting with our 60 min Initial Evaluation and Workout. During this session we’ll take time just for you. We want to listen to your goals and help design a plan to get you the most out of your Pilates practice. You’ll also have a chance to experience your first 30 minute Pilates workout guided by your Pilates instructor. Book now to get started!
