We are so excited to now be offering The MELT Method® (MELT®) at Whole Living Pilates. Our very own Tammy Awtry completed her training to become a Hand and Foot and Level 1 Instructor with The MELT Method® this past December and is now teaching both private and semi-private 30 minute sessions. Be on the lookout soon for when we add Small group sessions and workshops.

What is The MELT Method®?

The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self- treatment technique that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10 minutes of MELT® three times a week is all you need to reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living.

Check out Melissa Frank’s testimony of how The MELT Method® has helped ease
her chronic lower back pain:

I see Tammy twice a week for 30 minute MELT® sessions. I’m noticing a reduction in my back pain. My chiropractic adjustments are going better as well and my upper back adjusted beautifully last week in a way that hasn’t happened for the last year. “
